Coil and spring snapped at 7p. Found Simon at 7:30p. He was at our house by 8p and everything was fixed (including a tune up of the second door) by 9p. The reviews led me to call Simon and they are accurate – he was reliable, trustworthy, thorough, and fair – highly recommend!!!
